How to Prepare for The Body Wrap

  • Plan on 2 hours for your first visit, and 90 minutes for subsequent visits for active wraps.
  • Feel free to eat or drink water prior to the wrap, but do not eat a large meal for at least 2 hours prior to the wrap.
  • Avoid the consumption of alcohol or caffeinated beverages prior to your wrap.
  • Do not wear lotion, oil, or perfumes the day of the wrap.
  • Drink plenty of water so you arenít dehydrated. Just remember, you wonít be able to use the restroom for 1 Ĺ hours.
  • Women should wear either a bikini bathing suit (non-slick) or cotton panties and a wireless bra for the wrap.
  • Men should wear colored briefs with a bathing suit or boxers over them, or biker shorts (support is needed)
  • Bring dry undergarments to wear after your wrap
  • Begin taking a mineral supplement at least 2 days prior to being wrapped to help improve inch loss. We can supply you with mineral supplements or you can find them in the vitamin section of your local supermarket or drug store
  • Plan on waiting until the day after your wrap to take a shower. The minerals still work through your skin for 48 hours after the wrap. Many people report feeling better and slimmer the day after the wrap.
  • Optional: Bring your own robe (one will be provided)
